Another fabulous vintage Georg Jensen 830 silver brooch. A rare piece that features one of his earliest marks and designed by Georg Jensen himself in 1907. Some where along it's lifetime, the original trombone closure on the brooch was replace with a more contemporary closure, probably due to malfunction, but the original stem is still attached. There is also small crack or surface occlusion in the center stone at the top right corner. It's pretty hard to see because the stone is quite dark but I did take a close up picture, see last photo. If it's a concern, it could be sent to the Georg Jensen company for repair or a local jeweler could also replace the stone. Overall, it's in good condition and hard to believe it's over 100 years old! Included with purchase is a converter (not sterling) so it can be worn as a pendant if preferred. The second to the last picture is from the book: "Georg Jensen Jewelry" by The Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts. Design, and Culture, New York. Yale University Press, New Haven and London.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
